Who and How?

Understanding the need for and knowing some best practices for an IAB are only first steps to implementation. Who do you chose to be on your program’s IAB? How do you form an IAB? How do you set expectations for what the IAB and its members will do (the best practices give you some guidance)? These topics will be addressed by the speaker with table work sessions allowing participants to consider implementation difficulties and opportunities

Participants engage in question and answer dialog related to IAB formation and expectations
