In this project, close collaboration will be set up with the local university and local authorities to improve the safety of fresh vegetables by supporting the adequate design and implementation of a tailored food safety management system based on good agricultural practices (GAP) and good hygienic practices (GHP) along the fresh vegetable chain (farmers, collectors/traders, and traditional wholesalers/market sellers) in the region of Da Nang, Vietnam.
