The evaluation was based on specific criteria including discipline and interdisciplinary knowledge, personal skills as well as communication skills. Each student had a total of 35 minutes (50 minutes if for a group of 2 students) including project presentation, peer review comments and Q&A (5 to 7 questions).
The examination boards did work hard and gave plenty of practical and useful comments and suggestions on the topics. The participation of BSR enterprise’s representative had brought to the event many practical comments and questions which definitely could contribute significantly to the accomplishment of the topics in order to orient the actual needs of the industry.

In this final project assessment occasion, the examination boards highly evaluated the English proficiencies of some students from cohort 2012-2017, which were not only displayed in the results of the international English proficiency test (Toeic, IELST, etc.), but also showed up through the project defense using English language for the presentation. For information, Cohort 2012-2017 is the first cohort of Danang University of Science and Technology to follow 120-credit training program.
To sum up, by the end of cohort 2016-2017, the Chemical Engineering – Oil and Gas Division has completed the 18th training course with 33 new graduates in the field of Petroleum Engineering.
