APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
+ Fresh graduates (Bachelor/Master Degree from all backgrounds) or graduates with maximum 1 year experience
+ Vietnamese nationality
+ GPA (Grade Point Average): above 7.0 out of 10 or equivalent
+ Honest, proactive, innovative, self-motivated
+ Result oriented, collaborating, influencing & innovating
+ Leadership potential
+ English fluency and computer literacy
+ Candidates who had entered the Assessment Center round – Management Trainee or Graduate Engineering / Sales Talent at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam will be not eligible for this year program
