I. Faculty Council
1. Dean of the Faculty
- Advising and supporting the Board of Rectors;
- Developing and implementing faculty development strategy;
- Direct management of the organization and human resources;
- Direct financial management;
- Direct management of physical facilities;
- Direct management of recruitment;
- General management of undergraduate and postgraduate training;
- General management of scientific research and technology transfer;
- General management of student affairs;
- General management of domestic and international cooperation;
- General management of training quality assurance;
- General management of emulation and commendation work;
- General management of communications;
- Coordinating activities with mass organizations (cells, trade unions, unions, veterans associations);
- Managing the activities of the Division of Food Technology and Biotechnology;
- Performing ad-hoc duties as requested by superiors.
2. First Vice Dean of Faculty
- Participating in recruitment management;
