Graduation Requirements
Students are considered eligible for graduation when all of the following conditions are met:
- Completed all required courses and credit hours of the training program;
- Cumulative GPA of 2.00 or above;
- Certificate of National Defense and Security Education, and completion of Physical Education courses;;
- Minimum foreign language proficiency at Level 3/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework or equivalent;
- Met all program learning outcomes;
- Not subject to criminal prosecution and not currently under academic suspension.

B. Program Objectives
1. General Objectives
To train human resources with strong political qualities, social ethics, good health, a solid foundation in information technology, and in-depth knowledge of information security; capable of analyzing, designing, implementing, operating, monitoring, testing, and evaluating solutions for protecting information systems, networks, applications, and digital data; with the ability to conduct research, innovate, engage in lifelong learning, and adapt to professional environments in the context of digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and international integration.
2. Specific Objectives (POs)
MT1-ATTT. Train engineers with strong political conviction, ethical character, social responsibility, good health, and compliance with laws and professional standards in the field of information security.
MT2-ATTT. Equip students with foundational knowledge in mathematics, basic sciences, information technology, computer networks, operating systems, databases, programming, cryptography, and in-depth knowledge of information security in digital spaces.
MT3-ATTT. Develop communication skills, foreign language proficiency, independent and teamwork abilities, project management skills, and professional conduct in enterprise, organizational, and international environments.
MT4-ATTT. Train learners with the capacity to detect, analyze, evaluate, design, implement, and improve information security solutions; with the ability to conduct research, innovate, and self-direct in-depth professional development.
C. Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
PLO1. Apply knowledge of mathematics, basic sciences, information technology, and in-depth information security knowledge, as well as interdisciplinary knowledge, to analyze, evaluate, and solve real-world problems in protecting information systems, telecommunications networks, and digital data.
PLO2. Apply systems thinking, green transition thinking, and entrepreneurial thinking to propose and develop secure, reliable information technology solutions utilizing emerging technologies; and self-direct specialized career development in the field of information security.
PLO3. Work independently, collaborate in teams, and manage projects effectively; demonstrate professional ethics, responsibility, and awareness of legal compliance and professional standards in the field of information security.
PLO4. Communicate and convey knowledge effectively in professional, multicultural, and international environments; use a foreign language effectively in learning, research, and professional activities, achieving a minimum of Level 3/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework or equivalent.
PLO5. Design and conduct research and experiments; collect and analyze data, system logs, and digital evidence to verify, interpret, and draw scientific and technical conclusions in support of the development and proposal of information security solutions.
PLO6. Select, use, and integrate modern tools, platforms, and techniques in security monitoring, testing, digital forensics, malware analysis, application security, and digital infrastructure protection to support decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of information systems.
PLO7. Conceptualize, design, implement, operate, integrate, test, monitor, and manage secure information systems suited to the Industry 4.0 context, meeting the requirements of digital transformation, green transition, and sustainable development.
