FACULTY OF ENVIRONMENT ORGANIZES STUDENT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CONTEST - ACADEMIC YEAR 2025 - 2026

On March 29, 2025, the Faculty of Environment successfully organized a student scientific research conference at the Faculty of Environment Office (room A310).

Student scientific research is a very useful playground held annually, creating conditions for students to express their passion for learning and implementing scientific research projects to come up with ideas to solve a variety of current environmental problems. This year, the reporting topics of student groups span a variety of research directions and areas in the Environmental Industry, oriented towards solving current emerging issues in the locality and towards sustainable development in the future. Each topic is completed thanks to the tireless efforts of the students and the dedicated guidance of the instructors. The results of the 2025-2026 Environmental Science Student Research Conference are as follows:

A - Report awards:

First prize: Topic "Multi-task model for air pollution treatment" by student group Le Hai Yen (21MT), Nguyen Hoang Minh Quan (21QLMT), Nguyen Dinh Tin (20MT) Phan Thi Linh Chi (11PCT)

Second prize: Topic "Design of digital modules for urban flooding maps for the Northwest 4 drainage basin, Da Nang city" by student group Tan Pham Thanh Nhan (20QLMT), Tran Thi Phan Thao (20QLMT)

Third prize:

- Topic "Assessing the current status and obstacles in operating the Lien Chieu - Da Nang Wastewater Treatment Plant" by student group Tran Van Tuan (20QLMT), Nguyen Ngoc Han (20MT), Tao Thi Ha Ni (21QLMT)

- Topic "Life cycle assessment of the process production and installation of water supply networks towards reducing environmental impacts: Application to the urban water supply network of Da Nang” by the student group Hua Manh Thinh (21MT), Nguyen Van Minh Tri (21MT)
